I took a long time to dive into this series, because the subject of the show did not really interest me, and was nothing original. The young cast is clearly the star of the show and we laugh once or twice (I'm only three episodes, for now) but if we want to see Gillian, this work does not do him justice. The profession of sexologist Jean Milburn is only there to justify, most of the time, the fact that Otis is gifted for advice to his comrades. Jean's role is minimalist, he is not really exploited (nor the talent of Gillian), the screenwriters miss a package of scenes that could have been tasty between Jean and his patients during his consultations. We miss outright funny scenes, possibly cynical on the theme of sex with a panel of ridiculous, twisted, desperate patients ... That's why Gillian's CV contains so many errors of course. She agrees to do things like that and makes me miss the days of X-Files, The Fall, or soon The Crown where she'll be wonderful in the role of Margaret Thatcher
On the other hand, Emma Mackey is an actress to watch (and I suspect she is the hidden daughter of Margot Robbie ^^^^^)
