I re-watched this episode on Friday night reminding myself why it is one of my favourites from Season 8!

From watching Martin Wells shot dead at the beginning of the episode, following his trail and guilty verdict in connection to his wife Vicky's murder, the episode continues with time regressing backwards, putting together the pieces of who really killed his wife and why.

The ending reflecting the beginning but because of the right reasons after Martin gets a second chance to put things right and in turn prevent his wife's death.

The reason I've given a brief description of the episode is because I love the title Redrum, and think its really clever!

I've only recently found out that it means murder backwards, even though I've watched it several times over the years haha :)

Furthermore, symbolically it could also represent the reverse of murder with spelling it backwards reflecting time regressing backwards throughout the episode until Martin has put his wrong right.

What are everyone's thoughts on this episode? I'm sure you have all guessed that I think it's great ha! :)

I agree with you. I very like it as well. I like how the episode is not focusing on the 2 agents.

It's been a while I haven't watched it. I remember it being super boring, but I'll give it another chance! 🌞🌒☄️🌤️🥀💧🌬️
