The X-Files Season 11 Released on DVD and Blu-Ray on July 23

FOX announced that [url=https://www.tvore.com/?page=season&id=1&season=11]The X-Files' 11th season will be released on both DVD and Blu-Ray on July 23.

The season is made out of 10 episodes:

My Struggle IV

The discs will contain the following material, based on the format.

I'm curious about commentaries. That's what I prefer.

I think I'll wait for a complete new season 1 to 11 integral. Unitl that, I willn't buy any DVD or blueray. I'm not in the 90's, when it was impossible to not buy a season then... Nowaday, I've a completly different feeling, after this season.

I know a lot of people didn't care for this season, but If you leave out the My Struggle business, it was great! I'm excited to see which episodes have commentary tracks (hoping for Plus One, This, Nothing Lasts Forever). I've watched the episodes a few times already thanks to Hulu so I'll be going straight to the special features.

The one thing I'd like to ask Fox for is a special edition of 10 and 11 to be released that would match the original DVD box sets for us older fans with tons of 90's stuff hanging around. Season 10's tiny case just doesn't look right next to all of those big, beautiful, full color, fold outs.

July 23 can't get here soon enough!
